| 2. How do wrappers attach to the candy? |
|
You attach a wrapper by wrapping it around a candy bar and securing it with a glue stick or double-stick tape. It is very easy to do and instructions are included with every order.

| 3. Can I use a wedding wrapper for a birthday? |
|
Yes! The wording on our wrappers is up to you, so browse through all the categories before choosing a design! Simply type your own text into the boxes next to the wrapper you like.

| 4. How do I know how many letters will fit on the wrapper or label? |
|
The text boxes on our website are sized to accept the correct maximum number of letters

| 5. What will your personalized labels stick to? |
|
Our labels will stick to glass, plastic, metal, wax, paper, jars, bottles, bags and boxes.

| 6. Are your personalized labels waterproof? |
|
Our labels are water resistant. The inks will not run, smudge, or fade, and the paper will withstand some moisture. It is not recommended that your items be soaked in water after the labels are applied.

| 7. Can I see a proof of my labels before you print them? |
|
Yes, simply list your request in the comments box during checkout and we will email you a proof before the final print. If you request a proof, we will not print until we have your approval.

| 8. Can I change the colors on a label? |
|
You can choose from the listed colors for each label. For some labels, we offer our free color match service. See the individual label listings for more details.

| 10. Are your products glossy? |
|
Our wrappers are printed on high quality, acid-free, glossy finish paper. Our labels are printed on smooth matte finish stock with adhesive backing. We use professional printing equipment.

| 11. The colors on your color chart look different on my home and work computers. How can I see the exact color my wrapper will be? |

| 12. How quickly will my labels arrive once I have ordered? |

| 13. Why does my shipping total say zero? |
|
Your shipping cost is calculated using your zip code, so it will not appear until you fill out the shipping information or click on the 'Estimate Shipping' button in your cart.

| 14. What forms of payment do you accept? |

We accept the following forms of payment:

| 15. What if I am not happy with my order when it arrives? |

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order, contact us.
Because of the personalized nature of our products, a supplies fee may be deducted from any refunds.
We will replace or refund any orders with misprints which are our error free of charge.
Orders with customer errors may be replaced at a discount plus shipping, contact us to see if your order qualifies.
Please double check your order confirmation to avoid errors. We cannot accept returns on food items. back to top |

| 18. Can you put my company's logo on a wrapper or label? |

The following is our policy on using trademarks:
Any customer of CandyWrap Designs confirms and represents to CandyWrap Designs that he or she has the unrestricted right to use, copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, graphic, artwork, name, photograph, portrait, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is to be printed on or otherwise applied to the promotional merchandise ordered by the customer. All customers must agree to defend, indemnify and hold CandyWrap Designs and its sales representatives harmless from any claims, suits or actions alleging that the promotional merchandise ordered by the customer violates or infringes upon any rights of any third party.
You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against CandyWrap Designs which relates to, or is based upon, a claim that any portion of the design infringes or constitutes wrongful use of any copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party. You shall pay any damages and costs assessed against CandyWrap Designs pursuant to such a suit or proceeding.
All customers are solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed. To use any logo, trademark or copyrighted items, a customer MUST have written permission from the owner of the logo or trademark or copyright, or be an employee, authorized agent or affiliate of the owner. A customer also may NOT use any logo or trademark in a vulgar, libelous, disparaging or otherwise unlawful manner.
